Dear Mother Dad + Ele,

Received quite a bit of mail tonight including picture clippings, air mails Vmails. The pictures were if Mom + Ele with some things I sent home on. MOm is looking very well seems she has gained weight since the past pictures. What kind of a straight-jacket have you got on that gives you that MIss America Shape. Sal likes the Bordens milk wagon in the back ground. By the way Sal would like a Christmas present that is I should say he said there was nothing he wanted for Christmas but I happen to know he’d like a cigarette lighter, I know they are hard to get. Don’t go to too much trouble if you can’t get one just put some Fammy Farmers, and a few other things which he says you pick so we’ll have a package. Have the man in the post office, consider this a request.

His address is:

Heard the hit parade last night think I’ll be seeing You No.1 a very beautiful song. Heard

“Milkman keep those bottles quiet” is not as good as I expected.

We also heard Jerry Colonna as he gave out with the followers.

“In my travels I have visited Asheville, N.C. and they throughout ashes at me. When I visited Littlerock, they through little rocks at me. When I visited Elizbeth, NJ I didn’t have any luck!” It sounded funny to me the fellow s sait it took Jerry Collona to put Eilzabeth on the map.

Till Tomorrow,

Amour,

Bill
