Little Girl

It is with pleasure that I write to you was glad to here from you hope this will find you well and all the rest well. Well it is a fine day to day and I hope it will stay so for a while. Well about your Books don’t Buy any Book over there I want you to come over here Soon as you get through over there. Well I had a letter from Paschal the Same day I got your letter he was Well. 


I have written him to day well Pascahl Sed he was going to give you $25.00 per month of his alotment. Said he would start the first of april. 


Well hoping to here from you soon I will close as ever

Dearest Lila: - 

As your Daddy has left this blank I will write you a few lines this beautiful after noon. I don’t guess he will care. This leave us both well + hope this will find you + all the rest the same. I don’t mind the cold if it would only snow. I have been helping clean up for a watermelon patch it isn’t very far from the house we will have a fine time stealing them from your Papa this summer won’t we? That is is we all live + nothing happens. You said you lips was chapped you kneed you some two lip salve that will cure them. 


We are not in Mrs. Homes house we are in Aunt Lela’s out from Troy a little ways, Aunt Lela + Uncle Drake sure has got a sweet little baby + a pretty little thing. 


I guess I had better stop for I don’t know any new hope to hear from you soon. With much love + the very best of Wishes.
