Here at Flea Market Love Letters H.Q. we're big fans of Valentine's Day! In this month's edition of the newsletter we're looking at lost love letters returned, letter writing workshops you won't want to miss, and more snail mail goodness.

If you're a romantic, this one is for you! Marilyn and David were so in love they secretly married before he was deployed. Now, 50 years later their hundreds of love letters have been returned to the 90 year old widow.

Often times when I'm photographing a series to share I might come across a newspaper clipping or pressed flower. When I found this page of scribbles in the most recent Lauterbach letter, I had to share the note to explain it: "Meta always must write when we do + she wants to send her letter to you so badly so I’ll enclose it. I say it’s pretty good for a 3 yr. Old."
