'On Paper Fest' 2026.

In June 2026 I flew over to Bath in the U.K. via Bristol from Dublin to attend the 2nd annual 'On Paper Festival' hosted be Meticulous Ink. I was joining longtime friends and fellow letter lovers who were there tabling for the charity 'From Me to You'.
My amazing friends greeted folks at the door -- dressed as postboxes, of course -- to the exhibitors hall and encouraged festival goers to sit and write a letter which they would make sure made it to someone experiencing cancer.
Thanks to the hard work of Liz, Dave and Anne they left the festival with 96 letters to send off -- up from 52 just the year before. It was a real treat to see people discover this charity which is so special to many of us in the letter writing community, and then sit to give 5-10 minutes of their time to leave a letter for someone.
I will most certainly be making this an annual trip now that I've had the pleasure to meet and enjoy my time with so many of the friendly stallholders and fellow stationery nerds. To get a taste of the day I've put together a short video below!
