As 2025 draws to a close, there’s one last Christmas card I’d like to send and it’s to you.

Whether you’ve just joined the Flea Market Love Letters community or have been here since the beginning over eight years ago, you’ll know this: the power of a letter isn’t in how many you send, but when they arrive.

It was a quiet year at Flea Market HQ, but behind the scenes, big changes were unfolding. For the first time in seven years, the letter collection — and I! — moved house to a different part of Ireland, this autumn. As we settle in, I’m looking ahead to the New Year with plans to return to what I love most about this project: discovering stories from decades ago that connect with us today.

Keep an eye on your virtual letterboxes and social feeds. Once I finish reorganizing nearly 3,000 pieces of post, there’s much more to come.In the meantime, thank you for being part of this community and I wish you a brilliant and bright 2026.
