From the Desk Of...

Every weekend we share a relevant blog on letter writing or collecting! This segment of the newsletter is where you'll find them all in one place.

In a continuation of the Letter Writing Through the Decades Series this month's entry comes from a 1914 edition of "How to Write Love Letters". I found this particular copy on Etsy, many moons ago. It was the first in my letter writing book collection that is now dangerously spiraling into a full shelf.

How many little girls grow up with a collection of The New York Herald Tribune (1939) under their bed? This one.  In this blog I took a look at some headlines and a short history of the now defunct paper.

Oftentimes in letters someone might mention a film or song on the radio. In this blog I look at three such references from the archive and a short history of those songs!

Write More Letters

Thanks to the support from the Flea Market community The 'Write More Letters' Project  which began in 2020 has raised almost $400 for U.S. Veterans! Thank you as always for supporting this cause that's near and dear to our heart.

If you're able to please tag me on Twitter or post it to Instagram with the hashtag "#writemorelettersproject" when your WML mugs, shirts, and totes arrive so we can come together as a community!
