Professor Winfield P. Biery,

Dear Sir,

Through Miss Clara Beck I have just learned that we are to have the pleasure of having yourself and Mrs. Biery with us on Authors' Night, January 24th, 1901, at the Hotel Stratford, and we greatly appreciate the courtesy in your favoring the Pennsylvania Women's Press association and their friends with music on that occassion.

No tickets will be issued; there will be a select audience, received only on the visiting cards of the members, which are sent to their friends. As Chairman of the Permanent Programme Committe, I take pleasure in enclosing my card to you and any friends that you may desire to bring with you.

In pleasant anticipation of the 24th, I am, Yours Very Sincere

Harriet B. Swineford
