Dearest Folks -

I’m feeling swell and hope to hear likewise. It’s so marshy and swampy where I’m at its hard to keep clothes dry. But you know me I’ll manage, we can’t build fire or light matches at nite that might give away our position, I’m on maneuvers in La. and it’s rough. Please don’t worry about me I’m ok.

Your loving son,
